How It Works

Share Your Referral
Recommend DCSL to a friend, family member, neighbor, colleague, or business contact who is considering a renovation or construction project.
2.
They Contact DCSL
The referred client contacts us and mentions your name or presents your DCSL Referral Card.
3.
Their Project Is Completed
The referred client signs a contract with DCSL, completes the qualifying project, and pays the project balance in full.
4.
You Earn Referral Credit
Once the referred project qualifies, you receive DCSL Referral Credit based on the final value of that project.
5.
Use Your Credit
Apply your credit toward a future DCSL project.

What Can You Use Your Credit For?
Your Referral Credit may be applied toward future qualifying DCSL projects, including:
- Interior painting and improvements
- Flooring
- Bathroom renovations
- Kitchen renovations
- Basement improvements
- Carpentry and custom installations
- Home additions
- Larger remodeling and construction projects
Future projects must meet DCSL’s applicable minimum project requirements.

Why Is the Reward a Credit?
The DCSL Referral Credit Program rewards loyal clients by helping them complete future improvements. We provide referral rewards only as DCSL project credits.
They are not cash payments, commissions, checks, refunds, or cash-equivalent rewards.
It is our way of saying thank you for trusting DCSL enough to recommend us.
Program Terms
- We issue referral rewards only as DCSL project credits.
- Credits have no cash value.
- Credits cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or requested as cash.
- The referred client must be a new DCSL client.
- The referred client must identify the referring client before signing the project agreement.
- Referrals cannot be submitted retroactively.
- The credit tier is based on the final qualifying value of the referred project.
- The referred project must be completed and paid in full before DCSL issues credit.
- Canceled, refunded, disputed, or unpaid projects do not qualify.
- Eligible change orders may be included in the final project value, subject to DCSL approval.
- Credits may only be applied toward future qualifying DCSL projects.
- Credits cannot be applied to projects that have already been completed or paid.
- Referral Credits are nontransferable.
- DCSL issues one referral reward per qualifying referred client and project.
- Credits cannot be combined with other promotions unless DCSL approves them in writing.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- DCSL reserves the right to verify referrals and determine eligibility.
- DCSL may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at its discretion.
